We’re looking for a dynamic Sales Development Representative to be part of the first employees of our Mexico office and play a significant role in our expansion to the LATAM region (Mexico, Colombia, and Chile). This position is based in Mexico City (Polanco), and as one of the first employees in the country, you will have a direct impact on building Aircall’s presence in the region.
In this inbound-focused role, you will engage with prospects who have shown interest in Aircall's services, qualify them, and pass them along to the Account Executives for further sales discussions. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to develop strong consultative sales skills, contribute to the regional sales goals, and be part of a fast-growing SaaS company.
Your mission @ Aircall
- Engage with inbound prospects from Mexico, Colombia, Chile, and other LATAM countries via chat and phone calls to qualify them for the next steps in the sales cycle.
- Gather valuable prospect information to pass along to Account Executives in the LATAM market, assisting in closing deals and expanding Aircall's customer base.
- Collaborate closely with the IBERIA/LATAM sales teams to ensure smooth coordination and consistent messaging across markets.
- Develop your consultative sales skills by learning from experienced AEs and gaining exposure to the entire sales cycle.
- Contribute to growing Aircall's presence in the LATAM market by driving lead generation and supporting regional sales goals.
A little more about you
- Fluency in both Spanish and English (written and spoken) is required to engage with prospects across LATAM.
- Market knowledge is essential—whether through living in, visiting, or having a strong affinity for LATAM cultures and business practices.
- Strong communication skills: You actively listen, show empathy, and approach challenges with a problem-solving attitude.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills: You can manage a high volume of accounts and prioritize effectively.
- Willingness to learn and grow: You’re entrepreneurial, driven, and excited to develop your sales skills while contributing to Aircall’s expansion in LATAM.
- Positive energy & enthusiasm: You bring a can-do attitude, motivating both yourself and your team to reach new heights.
- Experience with Salesforce and revenue engagement tools like Gong or Outreach is a plus.
