This position evolves into a full-time role Software Sales Associate after successful completion of the internship period. Your Roles and Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new business opportunities by proactively prospecting and qualifying potential clients.
Conduct thorough market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape to effectively position and differentiate our software solutions.
Engage with decision-makers and key stakeholders, including C-level executives, through various channels such as cold calling, email outreach, social media, and networking events.
Deliver persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the features, benefits, and value proposition of our software solutions.
Collaborate closely with the sales team and other departments to develop customized proposals and solutions that meet clients' specific requirements.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software.
Negotiate and close sales deals while adhering to pricing guidelines and sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and maximize customer retention.
Continuously update your knowledge of industry trends, product developments, and competitor offerings to effectively articulate the value of our software solutions.
Attend sales meetings, conferences, and training sessions to enhance your sales skills and stay informed about the latest market trends.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor's/Master’s degree from a top college/university.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
● Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities to address customer needs and overcome objections.
● Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a target-driven sales environment.
● Passionate about technology and eager to learn about software solutions and their applications.
● Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
● Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in using MS Office or similar productivity tools.
● Prior experience in sales or customer service roles (internships, part-time jobs, or extracurricular activities) is a plus but not mandatory.
