We’re looking for a Capital Markets Securitisation and Reporting Analyst to own the production of our institutional investor reporting requirements. You will be a key member of the Finance team, responsible for producing all of the reporting for our institutional investor mandates, connecting the dots across different data sources and providing internal analysis to the broader team as we look to rapidly increase the size of our fleet of electric vehicles.
We need someone who is financially literate with great attention to detail, a proven ability to deliver, and the desire to become the owner of this growing area of the business as we look to expand our product offering and funding over time. What you'll do
- Produce all of the external institutional investor reports, including month end reports, facility utilisation requests and weekly origination reports
- Work alongside the Capital Markets team to understand the transaction documentation, internal processes and securitisation terminology
- Work closely with the Data and Product teams to improve our Capital Markets operational processes, enhance data quality and enable efficient management of our funding lines
- Responsible for managing investor cash sweeps, along with reconciling bank data
- Monitor transaction performance triggers to ensure compliance with contractual obligations, in addition to the reporting for vehicles at the end of their contracts
- Pull together materials for external audits and respond to auditor’s queries
- Collaborate with the Capital Markets, Product and Data teams to design reporting requirements for new products/ new funders
- Help grow a culture of a data-driven mindset at OEV!
What you'll need
- A few years’ experience in financial services (ideally structured finance/ securitisation experience)
- A demonstrated ability to own and deliver reporting projects
- Advanced proficiency in Excel/Sheets and a solid command of SQL
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a meticulous approach to accuracy and control
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage and prioritise across different workstreams and tight deadlines
- Comfortable working with imperfect data and being able to problem solve
- A positive ‘can do’ attitude, with a bias for action and the desire to learn
