Location: London (field based role)
Salary: Basic £25K + competitive uncapped commission (OTE £40,000+)
Working Hours: 9am - 6pm/10am - 7pm, Monday to Friday, plus every other Saturday with a day in lieu for Saturday work

Role and Responsibilities
As a Sales Associate, you will be the key player in providing exceptional service to our landlords and renters. Your primary responsibilities include:
Customer Service: Build strong connections with landlords and tenants to ensure seamless execution of scheduled events.
Sales: Attend property viewings, engage with potential renters, and close deals to meet and exceed sales targets.
Communication: Keep all parties updated with the latest and most relevant information regarding viewings and appointments.
Proactive Engagement: Identify opportunities to increase the number of successful property viewings and conversions.
Data Management: Maintain accurate records and regularly update our CRM system.
Problem Solving: Swiftly address any issues that may arise during the viewing and leasing process.
Skills and Qualifications
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage your workload effectively.
A team player who thrives in a supportive and collaborative environment.
Excellent attention to detail.
Strong decision-making and problem-solving capabilities.
