About the role
As an Analyst at EthicsAnswer, you will play a vital role in supporting the automation and enhancement of ESG survey responses, ensuring data accuracy, and providing insightful analytics to promote sustainable business practices. Your primary responsibilities will include collecting and analysing ESG and sustainability data from our clients, consolidating survey responses and working closely with our customer success team to showcase our capabilities. You will collaborate with stakeholders from across the company, staying updated on ESG trends and regulations.
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, as well as possess strong analytical skills and proficiency in MS Office. Excellent communication skills are essential. While not required, knowledge of ESG frameworks and experience with AI tools are preferred. This role offers a dynamic and collaborative work environment with opportunities for professional growth, with a mix of office-based and remote work conditions (We also work a 4-day work week (Tuesday-Friday)!).

- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau).
