Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Program Design & Execution: Lead customer engagements for building secure coding programs by establishing clear program objectives, key metrics, and structured outcomes.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with customer stakeholders to understand their unique security needs, establish alignment, and tailor the secure coding program to meet their requirements.
- Expert Integration: Collaborate with Cyber Awareness and Application Security experts as needed to leverage their technical expertise for strategic discussions.
- Project and Time Management: Ensure that multiple concurrent projects are delivered on time and within scope, using excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Internal Development: Dedicate a portion of time to building internal assets and playbooks, supporting the rapid scaling and efficiency of the Professional Services team.
- Technical Engagement: Engage in detailed secure coding discussions, providing insights and guidance on programmatic implementation.
- Continuous Improvement: Work with the team to refine delivery processes, share best practices, and enhance the collective expertise of the Professional Services team.
What you will bring:
- A minimum of 5+ years experience as a Consultant / Customer Success Manager / Sales Engineer or similar capacity at a cyber-security software company or with a cyber-security service provider with large enterprise customers
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills including an ability to think ‘on their feet’ when faced with challenging questions in the sales environment
- Strong client-facing skills, e.g. meeting & presenting to clients (ideally with experience dealing with similar types/levels of contact).
- Effective and clear communication - written, verbal and in presenting to a variety of audiences.
