Role Overview
As a Corporate Initiatives Coordinator at Nanonets, you will work closely with the Founding Team on a variety of high-impact, confidential projects. You will assist in day-to-day communications, database management, stakeholder coordination, and outreach activities. This role requires a proactive and resourceful individual who can handle multiple tasks with professionalism and discretion.
Key Responsibilities
1. **Email Communications:** Manage and draft email correspondence for the Founding Team.
2. **Stakeholder Coordination:** Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, candidates, employees and manage investor engagement initiatives..
3. Database Management: Maintain and update databases for various projects and ensure accuracy.
4. Outreach: Support outreach efforts with key stakeholders, including candidates, clients, and founders.
5. Confidential Projects: Handle sensitive information with a high level of discretion.
6. Review Decks: Assist in creating and reviewing presentations and reports.
7. Employee Wellness Initiatives: Help coordinate employee well-being programs and initiatives.
What We're Looking For
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
- Proactive: Ability to think on your feet and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Stakeholder Management: Experience working with executives, clients, and investors is a plus.
