Personal Assistant to CEO and Founder

Looking for a responsible Personal Assistant to provide personalized secretarial and administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner to the company founder and CEO. Need to be comfortable with using a laptop and work on Microsoft tools like excel, word and PPT.

You will work on a one-to-one basis on a variety of tasks related to the CEO's working life and communication. Open to full time/part time profiles. Fluency in English with good written communication is a MUST

Responsibilities

• Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence where required
• Handle requests and queries appropriately
• Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments
• Make travel arrangements
• Take dictation and minutes where required
• Source office supplies
• Produce reports, presentations and briefs
• Devise and maintain office filing system
