We are seeking a skilled and experienced Secret Keeper (aka Company Secretary) to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring our company complies with legal and regulatory requirements, maintaining our company records, and keeping our secrets safe.
Responsibilities:
Guard and maintain company records, including minutes of meetings, resolutions, and share transfers.
Keep our secrets safe by filing required documents with government agencies and ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.
Use your superpowers to provide advice to the board of directors on legal and corporate governance matters.
Help us keep our lives in order by managing and coordinating meetings of the board of directors and shareholders.
Join forces with our founders to prepare board papers, reports, and presentations.
Use your organizational skills to support our team by managing schedules, travel arrangements, and expense reports.
Help us stay on track by managing our to-do lists and assist with follow-up actions.
Keep our confidential and sensitive information under lock and key.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, law, or a related field.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Superhero-level written and verbal communication skills.
Knowledge of legal and corporate governance principles and regulations.
Ability to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
Must have a secret identity (kidding, but it would be a plus).
