We’re looking for a dynamic Chief Technology Officer (CTO) who will be a core member of the founding team. As CTO and co-founder, you will take full ownership of the technological vision and development of our product, working closely with the CEO and other team members to build and scale our platform. You will have the opportunity to shape the technical direction of the company and play a key role in defining our product strategy.

What You Will Do:
• Strategic Leadership: Define and drive the long-term technological vision for the company, ensuring that our tech stack and architecture align with our business goals and market needs.
• Product Development: Lead the development of our AI-powered B2B products, from concept to implementation, and ensure the highest standards of software engineering and AI model performance.
• Tech Team Leadership: Build, scale, and mentor the engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning. Lead the recruitment of top technical talent.
• Innovation & Research: Stay at the forefront of AI, machine learning, and cloud technologies. Research and implement the best technologies and frameworks that provide our customers with a competitive edge.
• System Architecture & Scalability: Oversee the design and development of a highly scalable, reliable, and secure architecture that supports rapid growth and adapts to evolving market demands.
• Collaboration & Product Strategy: Work closely with the CEO and the rest of the founding team to refine our product roadmap and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Fundraising & Investor Relations: Play an active role in fundraising efforts by providing technical insights to potential investors and partners, and ensuring the company is well-positioned to scale.
• Security & Compliance: Ensure that security, data privacy, and industry-specific compliance requirements are embedded throughout the development lifecycle.

Who We’re Looking For:
• Extensive Experience: You have at least 8 years of hands-on experience in software engineering and technology leadership at reputable companies. Your background includes strong technical expertise and experience with building complex systems at scale—not just front-end development.
• Technical Expertise: You bring deep technical skills, with experience in:
o AI, machine learning, and deep learning techniques
o Cloud architecture (AWS, GCP, Azure, etc.)
o Backend development (Python, Node.js, Java, etc.)
o Data engineering (databases, ETL pipelines, etc.)
o DevOps and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices
o Full-stack development (backend and frontend, not limited to front-end technologies)
• Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field from a reputable university is required, and a Master's degree in Computer Science or related field from a reputable university is highly preferred.
• Leadership & Team Building: You have prior experience leading or growing engineering teams and thrive in a leadership role. You understand how to build scalable processes and help create an innovative, performance-driven culture.
• Experience in AI/ML: Hands-on experience with the application of AI/ML algorithms in real-world products, ideally in the B2B space. Knowledge of frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, etc. is a plus.
• Product Mindset: A strong understanding of how technology aligns with business needs and how to translate customer requirements into technical solutions. Experience collaborating with product managers and designers.
• Fundraising & Investor Communication: Experience interacting with investors and being a technical spokesperson for the company during fundraising rounds. Familiarity with the startup ecosystem and the demands of a rapidly scaling business.
