As a Customer Success Intern, you'll be an integral part of our journey, gaining valuable insights into the world of customer relations in the fast-paced landscape of Ed-Tech and Training Centers.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Identification and Qualification:
Conduct research to identify potential leads and target audiences within assigned markets.
Qualify leads through calls, emails, and digital outreach, ensuring alignment with ideal customer profiles.
Outreach and Engagement:
Utilize channels such as email, LinkedIn, and social media for outreach to prospects.
Develop and execute email and messaging campaigns to generate interest and nurture leads.
CRM and Data Management:
Maintain accurate records of lead activities, statuses, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
Segment and manage lead lists to optimize targeting and conversion rates.
Collaboration with Sales and Marketing Teams:
Work closely with sales teams to ensure smooth lead handover and effective follow-up.
Partner with marketing teams to refine lead generation strategies and messaging based on campaign performance.
Analytics and Optimization:
Track and analyze lead generation metrics, including conversion rates and ROI.
Test and optimize messaging, channels, and tactics to improve lead quality and volume.
Content and Campaign Creation:
Collaborate with marketing to develop content that supports lead generation initiatives, such as whitepapers, webinars, and case studies.
Identify opportunities to engage prospects with valuable content at each stage of the buyer journey.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience in lead generation, sales, or business development, preferably in a B2B environment.
Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and lead generation platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
Proficient in using digital channels for outreach, including email, LinkedIn, and social media.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving targets.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize lead generation strategies.
Nice-to-Have:
Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo, Pardot).
Knowledge of SEO, SEM, or content marketing to support lead generation efforts.
Understanding of the sales cycle and experience working in a collaborative environment with sales teams.
