The Job

• Analyze current business processes and systems for improvements.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and system designs.
• Design workflows and system diagrams (e.g., using UML) to map out processes and integrations.
• Collaborate with IT to ensure systems align with business needs.
• Conduct user acceptance testing and document system requirements, designs, and results.
• Communicate effectively with both technical teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals, system functionality, and timelines.
• Provide clear, concise documentation and regular updates to stakeholders, including senior management, on system performance and project progress.
• Identify and recommend improvements for systems and software integrations.
• Monitor system performance and ensure functionality through testing and reporting.
• Estimate timelines for system upgrades and process enhancements.

The Ideal Candidate

• You have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology or related field.
• You have 3+ years of experience in business analysis or system analysis.
• You have a great understanding of (SDLC) software development lifecycle methodologies.
• You have great understanding of SQL, API, OpenAPI (swagger), BPMN, and Microservice architecture.
• You have experience working with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into system specifications. *** Must have experience in the fintech industry, MarTech, and CRM systems**
• You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• You have strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
