Founding CTO

We are seeking a Founding CTO to re-platform our fully-built Beta product from the ground up.
Premarket is a member's organization built by real estate brokers for real estate brokers connecting them with off market and coming soon inventory.
We have 60+ top agents and teams in New York City using Premarket today and we are growing very quickly.

1. Preferred Experience and Background

• 5+ Years of Technical Leadership: Experience as a senior engineer, engineering manager, or technical lead in a growing company or startup. Prior experience in founding or scaling a tech company is a plus.
• Experience Across the Full Product Life Cycle: From ideation to launch, with hands-on experience in building MVPs, iterating on user feedback, and scaling products to meet demand.
• Industry Expertise: prior experience in the real estate portal industry beneficial, though not mandatory.

1. Technical Expertise

• Full Stack Development: Deep experience in both front-end and back-end technologies. Proficiency in multiple programming languages (e.g., JavaScript, Python, Ruby, Go, etc.) and frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Django, Flask).
• Architecture and Scalability: Ability to design and implement robust, scalable architectures that can grow with the company. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and microservices architecture is essential.
• Data Management & Security: Expertise in database technologies (SQL/NoSQL), data warehousing, and a strong understanding of data security principles.
