Position Overview:
Compozure is looking for a third co-founder for our small but growing team. This person will be the technology lead of our team. We are looking for someone who can build and develop our booking platform, client interfaces and custom automations. This position requires software architecture, full stack UX/UI development skills and strong leadership abilities.

Responsibilities:

• Define and execute the company's technical vision and roadmap
• Lead the development of our core booking platform and client interfaces
• Make key technology decisions and architectural choices
• Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies
• Collaborate closely with other co-founders on business strategy
• Represent the company's technical capabilities to investors, partners, and customers

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a senior technical role
• Strong coding skills and hands-on development experience
• Deep understanding of software architecture and scalable systems
• Experience with relevant service and booking system technologies
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong leadership and communication abilities
• Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced, uncertain environment
