Chief Financial Officer (CFO) / Co-founder

We are seeking a highly skilled and entrepreneurial CFO or Co-founder who will join our mission to build a successful digital marketplace. This is a unique opportunity for a finance professional looking to take on a strategic leadership role while investing in the company’s growth.

Responsibilities:

Financial Strategy: Develop and execute the financial strategy to support the company's overall business goals.
Fundraising & Investment: Lead efforts in securing additional funding from external investors and manage investor relations.
Budgeting & Forecasting: Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
Financial Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports to the board of directors and stakeholders.
Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure the company adheres to all financial and regulatory requirements, including tax filings and audits.
Investment: The candidate must be willing to invest INR 6 lakh per year to contribute to the company's financial health and growth.
