What You’ll Do:
- Set the Vision & Roadmap: Define and execute a comprehensive performance marketing and SEO roadmap with an ROI and RoAS-driven approach across Meta, Google, and other channels in multiple markets.
- Optimise Ad Performance: Lead end-to-end management of paid media campaigns, focusing on channel strategy, targeting, bidding, ad placement, and creative testing to maximise conversions and drive down CPAs.
- SEO Strategy & Implementation: Develop and execute an SEO strategy covering both on-page and technical SEO, including keyword research, meta-tagging, internal linking, structured data markup, and page performance optimisation tailored to our Next.js tech stack.
- Technical SEO & Performance Enhancements: Ensure SEO best practices are integrated into the website’s Next.js and Node.js framework, including server-side rendering, dynamic content handling, and URL structure optimisation.
- Advanced Pixel & Tracking Implementation: Develop and manage pixel integrations, event tracking, and conversion APIs, especially on Meta, ensuring accurate data flow and attribution with a strong grasp of Next.js and Node.js back-end requirements.
- Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO): Collaborate with design and development teams to optimise website UX and create high-converting landing pages, using data-driven insights for continuous A/B testing and experimentation.
- Cross-Functional Campaigns: Design campaigns to create buzz, drive awareness, and build momentum for new product launches.
- Content Strategy for SEO: Work with content teams to develop and optimise content that aligns with SEO strategies and drives organic traffic. This includes blog articles, product pages, and landing pages.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Conduct ongoing analysis for targeting, retargeting, audience expansion, keyword performance, and organic traffic trends, using data to optimise ad spend, SEO efforts, and creative assets.
- Automation & Analytics: Leverage marketing automation and analytics platforms to streamline reporting, assess performance, and drive strategic adjustments for optimal growth.
What We’re Looking For:
- Technical Expertise in Performance Marketing: Proficient in managing and optimising ads across Meta, Google, and other key channels, with a strong understanding of advanced tracking solutions, including Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, and server-side tracking.
- SEO Expertise with Next.js and Node.js: Good understanding of SEO best practices for a website built on Next.js and Node.js, with practical experience in optimising performance for search engines, including page speed, responsive design, and core web vitals.
- Analytical and Data-Driven: Skilled in using SEO and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, etc.) and conversion tracking tools to monitor performance, identify trends, and make data-backed decisions.
- Experience in Campaign Automation: Familiarity with automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Google Data Studio, or HubSpot) and a keen understanding of how to integrate them into campaign workflows for maximum efficiency.
- Innovative CRO Approaches: Ability to drive creative solutions for CRO, including new ad formats, landing page designs, and keyword strategies, with a focus on continuous testing and improvement.
- Adaptability in a Fast-Paced Environment: A keen understanding of the dynamic nature of digital marketing, with the flexibility to pivot strategies based on performance data and industry changes.
