Job Description
As the Integrations Engineering Manager at Tennr, you’ll lead a fast-growing team dedicated to building and enhancing integration solutions that connect healthcare systems, improving provider efficiency and patient access. Expanding the scope of Tennr’s integrations is one of the most important initiatives in expanding the breadth of practices we can work with and patient journeys we can support. Collaborating with product and engineering teams, you’ll develop scalable, high-performance integrations that maximize the potential of Tennr’s automation platform within the healthcare sector.
Responsibilities
- Lead Integration Efforts: Manage and mentor a team with many opportunities for growth and a deep impact on the rest of the business. The engineers contributing to Tennr’s integrations will drive business growth and product reliability, building and maintaining a core pillar of the business.
- Strategic Roadmap Development: Define integration strategies aligned with Tennr’s mission to optimize healthcare workflows.
- Solution Architecture: Design and oversee development of high-performance integration solutions that support Tennr’s automation goals.
- Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams and act as the main point of contact for integration projects, spanning the entry into brand new markets via pilot customers to the expansion of functionality and product lines in existing markets.
- Continuous Improvement: Streamline processes, introduce new tools, and ensure compliance with healthcare data security standards.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, with 8+ years in software engineering, focusing on integration.
- 3+ years of experience in a managerial role.
- Strong expertise in API integrations, REST, and SOAP, with experience in designing and implementing scalable integration solutions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree and experience in healthcare integration.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices in cloud environments
