Position Overview:

We are looking for a seasoned Engineering Contributor/ Leader with a strong background in software development, particularly in Python, Django, and Angular. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of both hands-on coding and management, with the ability to guide and inspire a team of engineers. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and excellent communication skills to drive collaboration across cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
• Hands-On Development: Utilize your extensive experience with Python, Django, and Angular to contribute to the development of high-quality software solutions.

• Cloud Integration: Leverage your experience with cloud platforms (Azure, GCP, or AWS) to design and deploy scalable, secure, and efficient applications.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful delivery of projects.

• Communication: Effectively communicate technical concepts and project updates to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Skills & Qualifications:
• Experience: Minimum of 4 years in software engineering, with at least 2 years in an individual contributor role for the Sr Full Stack Engineer position and 2 years for the Full Stack Engineering Profession.

• Technical Expertise: Strong proficiency in Python, Django, and Angular, with a deep understanding of web development and application architecture.

• Cloud Experience: At least 2 years of hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, GCP, or AWS.

• Team Player: A collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across different teams and disciplines.

• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical issues clearly and concisely.
