Role Overview
Our startup is seeking a dynamic and committed co-founder with a genuine interest in the AI and cloud landscape. Whether you’re a technical expert looking to lead development efforts or a business-minded professional ready to drive sales, marketing, or fundraising, you will be instrumental in defining our direction and growth strategy. The role is open for Summer 2025, with flexibility for the right candidate.

*Key Requirement: *

Since our company centers around AI and cloud computing, the applicant will need to demonstrate that they are familiar with Azure, AI, Apps Dev, and some IT knowledge. We can find x3 Microsoft Learn Modules (we did not create these. We found them on Microsoft Azure Website.)

While you do not need to complete any module prior to applying, we encourage you to review the modules to gauge your comfort with the concepts. If these topics feel too unfamiliar this role may not align with your strengths. For your reference, the Official Microsoft website is learn.microsoft.com.

If you’re aspiring to be our technical co-founder or CTO, please ensure that you’re comfortable with Module 3, as it will be a crucial aspect of your role.

Qualifications
General Qualifications for All Co-Founders
• Familiarity with AI, cloud computing, or intelligent application development (or willingness to build this knowledge).
• Strong leadership skills with a proven track record in a startup or tech-focused environment.
• Business Co-founder: Expertise in sales, marketing, or fundraising.
• Technical Co-founder/CTO: Demonstrable skills in cloud architecture, AI development, or similar technical expertise.

Technical Qualifications for Developer/CTO Co-Founder

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C#, with a strong understanding of data structures and algorithms.
• • Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud) and familiarity with deploying and managing applications on these platforms.
• • Understanding of AI/ML concepts and experience in applying machine learning algorithms, building predictive models, and managing data pipelines.
• • Knowledge of CI/CD and DevOps practices for efficient and scalable software deployment and maintenance.
• • Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture, with an ability to design, develop, and maintain scalable and modular software systems.
• • Database management skills (SQL and NoSQL) and familiarity with data warehousing and real-time data processing.
