Operations Intern

Type: Internship (Full-time / Part-time)

Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Intern to join our team. This role provides an excellent opportunity to learn about the day-to-day operations in a fast-paced environment, while gaining hands-on experience in project management, coordination, and operational support.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in daily operational tasks, including data entry, documentation, and process management.
• Support the operations team in tracking project deliverables and ensuring timely execution.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including HR, finance, and project managers, to support various initiatives.
• Help organize meetings and follow up on action items.
• Maintain and update operational documentation, including reports and spreadsheets.
• Support onboarding and training processes for new hires, including document collection and resource allocation.

Qualifications:

• Current student or recent graduate in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
• Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
