We're seeking a Program Manager to help us run a successful program and build a foundation for more programs in Design. It's an exciting role with tremendous growth potential and involves working with designers, design leaders, and a high functioning team.

Key responsibilities include:

• On-boarding Fellows and ensuring a great experience through-out
• Planning out the program calendar, coordinating with mentors/instructors, and ensuring a smooth experience for all involved (instructors, candidates, mentors)
• Acting upon user feedback to improve the learning and mentoring experience
• Owning NPS for both learners and mentors

You are:

• Looking to learn a lot and grow quickly in a generalist role
• Have around two to three years of work experience
• Are excited about helping make higher education more accessible, especially in India
• Are looking to grow into a product manager

Format:
