Position Overview
We’re seeking a skilled and versatile Copywriter who excels in creating compelling,
concise, and engaging content across a range of platforms. The ideal candidate will be a
master at crafting high-converting copy for landing pages, ad creatives, and social media, as
well as scripting authentic User-Generated Content (UGC), etc.
Key Responsibilities:

  1. UGC & Scripting: ○ Write engaging and authentic scripts for User-Generated Content (UGCs) across social media platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. ○ Develop compelling video scripts for influencers, customer testimonials, and product demonstrations. ○ Ensure that UGC content aligns with brand tone and key messaging.
  2. Content Creation: ○ Develop creative, platform-specific content for LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and other channels to drive engagement, shares, and conversions. ○ Stay updated on platform trends, leveraging new content styles, formats, and approaches. ○ Collaborate with marketing and design teams to ensure content consistency across channels.
  3. Landing Page Copywriting: ○ Craft high-converting landing page copy optimised for lead generation and conversions. ○ Collaborate with the design and web development teams to ensure copy and layout work harmoniously. ○ Continuously A/B test and optimise landing page copy based on performance metrics.
  4. Ad Creatives - Copy & CTA: ○ Write persuasive ad copy for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Google ads with a focus on clear, actionable CTAs. ○ Tailor ad copy to different target audiences and platforms, ensuring messaging resonates with users at various stages of the funnel. ○ Work closely with designers to develop engaging ad creatives and ensure synergy between visuals and copy.
  5. Email Marketing: ○ Write impactful, personalised email campaigns that drive open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.Develop automated email sequences and newsletters for product launches, promotions, and engagement campaigns.
  6. SEO-Driven Blog Content: ○ Write informative, SEO-optimised blog posts that position [Company Name] as a thought leader in the industry. ○ Conduct keyword research to incorporate relevant keywords naturally into blog posts.
  7. Brand Voice Development: ○ Ensure consistency in tone, messaging, and style across all content and communications. ○ Assist in refining and maintaining the brand’s voice to ensure it remains distinctive and relatable to target audiences.
  8. Collaboration: ○ Work closely with the marketing, design, and product teams to align content with overall marketing strategies and business goals. ○ Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate new ideas for campaigns, content, and storytelling opportunities. Qualifications: ● Proven experience of 2+ years as a copywriter in digital marketing, with a strong portfolio showcasing work across multiple platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.). ● Demonstrated ability to write for various formats: ad copy, landing pages, social posts, video scripts, and emails. ● Experience in writing UGC scripts for influencers or social media campaigns. ● Familiarity with A/B testing and data-driven copy optimization. ● Strong understanding of SEO best practices for on-page content (blogs, landing pages). ● Experience with email marketing tools and campaign copywriting. ● Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments. ● Ability to write clear, concise, and engaging copy that speaks to different audiences. ● Adaptability: Strong ability to switch between different tones/styles depending on the platform and target audience. Nice-to-Have: ● Experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies. ● Knowledge of paid ad platforms and familiarity with ad performance metrics. ● Experience working in a fast-paced SaaS or eCommerce environment. ● Basic knowledge of visual storytelling and design collaboration.
