Job Description

• You will be responsible for writing the knowledge center, feature articles, user guides, release notes, how-to guides, and illustrations.
• Plan, organize, research, write, edit, review, publish and maintain help manuals.
• Collaborate and work with the technical teams to obtain a deep understanding of software products and documentation requirements.
• Write complex product information and process it into simple, polished, and value-added content for end-user guides, and help manuals.
• Evaluate current content and develop innovative approaches for content restructure and improvement.
• Should be able to write easy-to-follow and illustrative content that can be understood by clients with varying levels of technical knowledge.
• Candidates will do a competitive study and research to find out the best way to illustrate the product's features.

Skills Required

• Proven work experience in technical writing and software documentation to deliver high-quality, value-added content.
• Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and translate them into an easily understandable document.
• Excellent written and communication skills in English.
• Should be able to review, proofread and write flawless content.
• Basic knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and Firebase will be preferred.
• Check documentation to meet quality standards and requirements.
• Check the copy for grammatical and other errors.
• Manage technical reviews, and produce documents within schedule, with minimal or no supervision.

Education

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent preferred.
