Job Description:
We are seeking a fresher or someone with 0-5 months of experience to join our Business Development team. The ideal candidate will be involved in outbound sales, sales campaign research, and lead generation. This role is perfect for someone looking to build a career in sales and marketing within the IT industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound sales activities including cold calling, emailing, and social media outreach.
Research and identify potential leads and sales opportunities.
Develop and execute sales campaigns to generate leads and build a strong sales pipeline.
Maintain and update customer database with accurate and timely information.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies and improve sales processes.
Attend and participate in team meetings and training sessions.
Flexible with working hours to accommodate various time zones.
Qualifications:
Recent graduate with a degree in MBA Sales/Marketing or any related diploma course in sales.
Strong desire to build a career in sales and marketing.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of the IT industry and its trends.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
Flexible with work timings to meet business needs.
