Role Overview:

We are looking for a Content Editing Analyst / Content Editing Lead with a creative flair and a hands-on approach to content production. You will be responsible for producing graphic designs (social media posts, ad creatives, carousels, etc.), lightweight editing of videos, and turning voice inputs into creative assets for digital marketing. If you’re eager to make a tangible difference, work in a fast-paced environment, and learn directly from the founder, this role is perfect for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Graphic Design: Use Canva or similar tools to create professional, attention-grabbing designs for social media posts, ads, banners, and more.
• Video Editing: Edit raw video footage by adding intros, outros, light music, captions, and call-to-actions for platforms like LinkedIn, Meta, and YouTube.
• LinkedIn Carousel Creation: Convert initial text inputs into engaging LinkedIn carousels that are visually appealing and on-brand.
• Voice-to-Creative Conversion: Turn short voice inputs into polished creative outputs (e.g., banners, social media posts).
• Digital Asset Production: Create diverse marketing materials such as profile banners, social media creatives, Google Ads and Meta Ads assets.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

• Graphic Design Tools: Proficient with tools like Canva to create quality visuals, mainly Ad creatives, social posts, Linkedin Carousels, etc.
• Video Editing: Basic video editing experience with tools that allow lightweight edits like adding captions, music, and simple animations.
• Voice-to-Text Creativity: Ability to turn short voice briefs into finished creative content.
• Attention to Detail: Strong eye for design and ensuring content is polished and professional.
• Freshers/Interns Welcome: Even if you’re a fresher or an intern with the right skills, you’re encouraged to apply! We welcome those with a strong portfolio or demonstrable relevant skills.

Work Commitment:

• Full-time role requiring 8 hours of work per day, Monday to Friday.
• You should be available during 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM India time.
