Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive (Revenue Ninja) to manage all aspects of phone-based sales and outreach campaigns. This role will be responsible for conducting outbound calls, managing the initial qualification of leads, and creating personalized outreach campaigns across email and LinkedIn. You will also maintain an organized CRM system and provide pipeline insights to the senior leadership team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calling & Lead Qualification: Handle outbound calls to leads generated from multiple channels, conduct discovery and qualification calls to identify viable prospects, and present StoicSelling’s services.
- First-Round Calls: Manage the first round of capability presentation or discovery calls to further qualify leads and pass on to the senior leadership for advanced sales discussions.
- Cold Email & LinkedIn Outreach: Design and execute outreach campaigns, including cold email campaigns using tools like Apollo. Identify key targets on LinkedIn and send personalized connection requests or direct messages using your own profile or a senior leader’s profile at StoicSelling.
- CRM Management: Maintain and update our CRM tool (e.g., Zoho or Pipedrive), ensuring all contacts, lead data, and sales progress are accurately tracked and documented.
- Pipeline Reporting: Provide the senior leadership team with a clear, up-to-date view of the sales pipeline, tracking progress, meetings, and follow-up actions.
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
- Phone Sales Experience: Proven experience in phone-based sales, handling outbound calls, and leading discovery and qualification calls.
- Outreach Campaign Experience: Hands-on experience with cold email campaigns and LinkedIn outreach, including creating and executing personalized messages and campaigns.
- CRM Proficiency: Familiar with tools like Zoho or Pipedrive for managing leads, sales stages, and maintaining data integrity.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage with prospects and create effective outreach materials.
- Sales Reporting: Ability to track and report on pipeline status, helping senior leadership stay informed of sales progress.
Work Commitment:
- Full-time role requiring 8 hours of work per day, Monday to Friday.
- You should be available during 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM India time.
