The Role:

We are looking for an Architect to spearhead the development of our next-generation software system. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience pro systems, VoIP technologies, and software development. This role requires a deep understanding of dialer architectures, protocols, and regulatory compliance. As the Lead Engineer, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle of dialer development, from concept to deployment, ensuring that the solution is scalable, reliable, and meets industry standards.

What we’re looking for:

Have 10-15 years of rich experience in Software designing and development.
Must have experience of building products from scratch to end.
Proficient in any of the programing language (C, C++, Python, JAVA, Socket programming)
Proficient in fundamental Software Design Principles, Data Structures, Algorithms, Problem Solving and Complexity Analysis.
Strong understanding of professional software engineering practises & best practices for the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases such as Postgres, Mysql, MongoDB is a huge advantage
Hands-on experience with GIT, CI/CD, REST APIs and Cloud (AWS/ GCP/ Azure) will be preferred
Understanding of Microservice Architecture and System Design Principles.
Self-driven, detail-oriented and Strong sense of ownership, urgency, and ability to deliver great work.
Demonstrated expertise in developing, releasing and maintaining large scale software applications.

Work across the whole development lifecycle (discovery, delivery, testing, releasing, supporting, and maintaining) using an agile methodology
Plan and execute sprints
Closely collaborate with internal and external experts within various technical domains
