Key Responsibilities

App Development and Maintenance: Develop and maintain high-quality React Native applications with a focus on performance and user experience.

Performance Optimization: Optimize app performance to ensure fast loading times, smooth navigation, and an overall seamless user experience.

User Engagement: Implement features and design elements that increase user engagement and time spent in the app.

Quality Assurance: Monitor app performance metrics, including ANR (Application Not Responding) rates and crash rates, to identify and resolve issues promptly.

Release Management: Manage the end-to-end process for app deployment to the Apple App Store and Google Play Store, ensuring compliance with platform guidelines.

Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate new features and updates, ensuring a cohesive and efficient development process.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

At least 3 years of experience in React Native development.

Proven track record with at least 2 mobile apps published on both Apple App Store and Google Play Store, each with a minimum of 5,000 downloads.

Strong understanding of React Native fundamentals, architecture, and lifecycle.

Experience in optimizing app performance and improving user experience.

Knowledge of modern app development practices, including monitoring and improving ANR and crash rates.

Proficiency in using version control (e.g., Git) and continuous integration/delivery.

Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.
