Lead Backend Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead/Senior Backend Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Django and Node.js, with a strong background in React/Angular UI development (3-5 years).
The candidate should have hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure, preferably GCP and AWS, and should be able to work independently on complex projects.
The candidate should also have experience in DevOps (not must), DB modeling, SQL, and NoSQL databases.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain backend applications using Django and Node.js
Develop and maintain UI using React/Angular
Work with cloud infrastructure, preferably GCP and AWS, to build scalable and reliable applications
Work with DevOps tools to automate the deployment process
Design and develop databases, including SQL and NoSQL databases, and perform DB modeling
Work on various industry projects and provide technical expertise
Lead and mentor a team of developers
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure project success
Implement best practices and coding standards
Optimize application performance and scalability
Integrate third-party APIs and services
Ensure security and data protection measures are in place
Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and frameworks

*Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Django and Node.js
Strong UI development skills using React/Angular (3-5 years)
Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure, preferably GCP and AWS
Experience in DevOps (not must)
Strong knowledge of DB modeling, SQL, and NoSQL databases
Good understanding of the design phase of projects
Experience in leading and mentoring a team of developers
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Experience in Agile development methodologies
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
Strong understanding of performance optimization and scalability of applications
Experience in integrating third-party APIs and services
