Job Title: Sales AssociateJob Location: BengaluruCandidate Profile:Total Experience: 3-5 yearsRelevant Experience: Sales in F&B e-commerce marketplacesSpecialisation: Sales and client management for F&B segment in ONDCJob Role Competencies:Skill Set:Proficiency in sales and client management within the F&B segmentStrong understanding of F&B e-commerce marketplaces like Swiggy and Zomato and their operational processesExcellent communication skills in English and HindiIndustry: E-commerce, Food & BeverageAny Age/Gender Specific Requirement: NoneKey Roles and Responsibilities:Sales and Client Acquisition:Drive sales efforts to acquire new clients and expand business within the F&B ONDC segment.Utilise previous experience with F&B marketplaces to identify and approach potential clients.Build and maintain strong relationships with F&B merchants to ensure client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.Act as the primary POC for generating leads, conducting meetings, and explaining the ONDC framework and how Pai Platforms as a Seller App can support their e-commerce goals.Send proposals, close agreements, and coordinate with the onboarding team for any documentation or details required to take clients live on ONDC.Analyse market trends and client needs to understand the competition and how to differentiate from competitors.Provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders based on market analysis.Stay updated on the ONDC platform and its benefits for F&B merchants.Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and performance metrics.Prepare and present sales reports and performance analyses to management.Collaborate with internal teams, including onboarding and support, to ensure a seamless experience for clients.Provide feedback to product and tech teams based on client interactions and requirements.Address any queries or issues raised by clients during and after the onboarding process.
