Solutions Specialist

Location: Bangalore
Work Mode: On-site (Work from Office)

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Solutions Specialist to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for our customers. You will be responsible for understanding customer requirements, coordinating with both internal teams and customer stakeholders, and ensuring successful and timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
Understand customer requirements and use cases, and translate them into actionable steps for the tech team
Coordinate with multiple teams, both internally and on the customer side, to gather clarifications and ensure smooth implementation
Analyze customer data use cases and work closely with Actuals technical teams to provide tailored solutions
Take ownership of complex and challenging customer use cases, solving them independently when required
Provide training to customer team members on the platform, ensuring they can effectively use all functionalities
Assist in troubleshooting customer issues and proactively identifying opportunities for improvement
Proficient in SQL for data analysis and reporting; coding in SQL is a plus

Qualifications:
Strong communication and project coordination skills
Experience with customer onboarding and data use cases
Proficiency in SQL; coding experience is a plus
Ability to work cross-functionally and solve complex problems independently
A customer-first mindset, with a willingness to go the extra mile
