Your Mission

• Lead Product Development—Build Synnc from the ground up, developing an AI-driven communication system that unifies all channels and prioritizes the noise.
• Drive the Tech Vision—Create a seamless, user-friendly platform where AI intelligently prioritizes communication and suggests responses. Lead the architecture to ensure scalability, reliability, and performance.
• Innovate Relentlessly—Push the boundaries of what’s possible with AI to make Synnc the most intuitive communication management tool on the market.
• Integrate Across Channels—Build powerful integrations that bring together emails, messaging apps, project management tools, and more into a single space.
• Co-Create with the Founding Team—Work alongside the co-founder to shape the product vision, go-to-market strategy, and overall growth direction of Synnc.

What You Bring

• Full-Stack Expertise—You have a strong technical background and experience in building scalable products end-to-end. You’re comfortable across the stack and can handle everything from backend architecture to frontend design.
• AI Experience—You’re knowledgeable in AI/ML applications and understand how to integrate AI to solve real-world problems, especially in communication.
• Startup Experience—You know what it takes to build and scale a product from scratch, and you’re familiar with the fast-paced, dynamic environment of startups.
• Leadership Skills—You’ve built and led technical teams before, inspiring others to deliver their best work and driving the execution of ambitious goals.
