The US companies currently spend $500B+ annually on business team hiring. We're positioned to capture at least 1% of this market ($5B/year) through our AI agents within the next decade.

Role Impact

As our Founding CTO/Head of Engineering, you'll be a key architect of our technical foundation and future growth. You'll have the opportunity to be at the forefront of AI innovation, similar to how the internet shaped the 2000s and the iPhone transformed the 2010s.

Core Responsibilities

• Lead and architect the development of our AI agent core infrastructure
• Drive frontend development centered around our Slackbot interface
• Design and implement backend systems utilizing LLM, Langchain, RAG, and Vector databases
• Develop and implement continuous learning mechanisms for AI models based on user feedback
• Establish technical best practices and engineering culture
• Make key architectural decisions that will shape our product's future

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in both frontend and backend development (Python, React)
• Demonstrated expertise with LLM, Langchain, RAG, and Vector DB implementations
• Strong background in REST API integration and service architecture
• Experience in workflow automation development
• Track record of building and scaling web services based on user feedback
• Proven ability to evaluate and implement emerging technologies and AI agent frameworks
• Experience with event-driven architecture design and implementation

• Deep understanding and passion for AI's transformative potential
• Experience with AI, psychology, or human-computer interaction models
• Track record of rapid learning and comfort with ambiguity
• Startup experience or demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
• Experience building and leading engineering teams
