About the Role:
Are you a go-getter with a passion for healthcare and cutting-edge tech? We’re on the lookout for a Sales Executive with a healthcare background who’s ready to hit the ground running in Bangalore. If you’ve got your own ride, love meeting new people, and are excited to sell innovative AI tech that’s shaking up hand hygiene habits around the world, this might just be your dream gig!

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Spend 4 days a week visiting hospitals, medical colleges, and healthcare centers around Bangalore, showing off our awesome AI hand hygiene solution.
  • Use your 1 office day to catch up with the team, plan your sales strategy, and keep things organized.
  • Build solid relationships with healthcare professionals and key decision-makers (we’re talking hospital directors, department heads, and more).
  • Spot new opportunities, pitch our tech, and customize your sales approach to each client’s needs.
  • Crush your sales targets by being a problem-solver and trusted advisor.
  • Wow clients with demos, answer their questions, and help them see the benefits of our AI solution.
  • Stay in the loop on the latest healthcare and AI tech trends.

Who We’re Looking For:

  • Education: You’ve got a healthcare degree, ideally with a nursing, microbiology or other medical background.
  • Experience: You’ve been working in healthcare after finishing your studies, preferably for about 2 years.
  • Transport: Got your own reliable wheels? You’ll need them to get around Bangalore!
  • Communication Skills: You’re a smooth communicator in English (bonus points if you speak Kannada or Hindi, but it’s not a must).
  • Personality: You’re ambitious, driven, and always up for a challenge. You’ve got the fire to go the extra mile and grow your career fast.
  • Tech-Savvy: You’re excited to sell groundbreaking AI tech that’s going to change the game for healthcare.

Compensation:
A competitive salary package that includes a solid base and the chance to earn juicy commissions when you hit your targets. The more you sell, the more you earn!
