About NCGAMENFT:
NCGAMENFT is at the intersection of blockchain, gaming, and NFTs, building a revolutionary platform that leverages decentralized technology to create next-gen gaming experiences. We’re looking for a Technical Co-Founder to join our founding team and lead the technical vision and development of the platform. This role is equity-based with a competitive salary starting after we raise our Series A round.

Role Overview:
As the Technical Co-Founder, you will own the technology strategy and product development, building scalable, secure, and innovative solutions for blockchain gaming and NFTs. You will work closely with the CEO and other stakeholders to shape the future of our platform, while leading a talented team of engineers.

Key Responsibilities:
Architect and Build: Lead the design and development of NCGAMENFT's core platform, focusing on blockchain integration, smart contracts, and decentralized applications (dApps).
Blockchain & NFT Development: Develop and deploy smart contracts (Solidity, Rust, CosmWasm), NFT standards (ERC-721, ERC-1155), and integrate Web3 technologies.
Team Leadership: Recruit, manage, and mentor a growing team of engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
Technical Roadmap: Define and execute the technology roadmap, aligning with business objectives to deliver a scalable and secure product.
Security and Compliance: Implement blockchain security protocols, ensure smart contract audits, and adhere to industry standards.
Collaboration: Work closely with non-technical teams (business, marketing, design) to align technical solutions with market needs.
Required Skills & Expertise:
Blockchain Development: Deep understanding of blockchain protocols, smart contracts (Solidity, Rust), and decentralized applications (dApps).
Full-Stack Development: Proficiency in front-end (React.js, Next.js) and back-end (Node.js, Express.js) technologies, with a focus on building scalable systems.
Web3 Expertise: Experience with Web3 integrations, DeFi, and decentralized exchanges (DEX).
Cloud Infrastructure & DevOps: Strong experience with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-based scalable infrastructure.
Smart Contract Security: Knowledge of blockchain security best practices, including vulnerability prevention and smart contract audits.
Product Development: Experience in leading MVP development, rapid prototyping, and iterative product releases using agile methodologies.
Team Building: Proven ability to lead and grow a technical team in a startup environment.
Gaming & NFT Knowledge: Familiarity with gaming technologies, economies, and NFT platforms.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience: 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 2 years in blockchain development and leadership roles.
Entrepreneurial Spirit: A strong desire to build from the ground up and solve complex technical challenges in a fast-evolving industry.
