Job Summary:

As a Data Research and Management Intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting the company's data-driven strategies by focusing on data research, segregation, and management tasks. This position involves scrapping data as per Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) criteria, maintaining data quality, and ensuring data is organized and up-to-date. You will work closely with the data and analytics teams to ensure all datasets meet the required standards and contribute to the overall data strategy of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Data Research and Segregation:

• Segregate data according to the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) provided by the company.
• Scrape data from various sources using tools and systems as trained, adhering strictly to the defined ICP criteria.
• Ensure accurate research and collection methods are employed to gather relevant data points needed for campaign objectives.

2. Data Cleaning and Organization

• Clean, organize, and maintain datasets to ensure data quality and integrity.
• Perform regular checks and validations to remove duplicates, correct errors, and fill in missing information.
• Collaborate with the team to standardize data formats and ensure consistency across all datasets.

3. Data Management and Maintenance:

• Update and manage databases regularly to keep information accurate and current.
• Implement best practices in data management to maintain data security and privacy.
• Assist in developing and documenting processes for data management and storage.

4. Data Quality Assurance:

• Conduct data audits to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
• Use various data quality tools to identify anomalies or inconsistencies in the datasets.
• Work with senior team members to develop strategies for continuous improvement of data quality.

Experience with Ms Office is a must.

This internship leads to a fulltime offer after 3 months with a salary of 2.5L - 3L / Annum.
