We are seeking a talented Conversion Rate Optimization Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in conversion rate optimization (CRO) and a passion for analyzing website performance data to identify areas for improvement. In this role, you will work closely with our clients to understand their objectives, analyze website metrics, and implement strategies to increase conversion rates and drive revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough analysis of website performance metrics, including traffic, bounce rates, and conversion rates.
Identify key areas for improvement in the user journey and conversion funnel.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement CRO strategies, including A/B testing, multivariate testing, and user feedback surveys.
Optimize website content, layout, and design to improve user engagement and conversion rates.
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of CRO initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for ongoing optimization.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in CRO and UX/UI design.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in conversion rate optimization or a similar role.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
Proficiency in web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel and Microsoft Clarity.
Experience with A/B testing platforms such as Optimizely or Google Optimize.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Detail-oriented with a passion for continuous improvement and optimization.
