Program Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for managing key programs, developing long-term strategies for data-driven decision-making, overseeing program execution, and handling everything from process creation to outcome delivery relevant to the program. Further, you should be able to identify opportunities for automation of the process designed and eventual productization of the entire program by leveraging AI. As a Program Manager, you should work to leverage data insights to satisfy project requirements, respond to queries promptly, and aspire to deliver a positive program outcome. You should have excellent data analysis skills, proficiency with tools like SQL and Excel, and a strategic mindset.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee key programs from initiation to completion, ensuring all objectives are met.
• Creating the appropriate process of operation for the teams and leading the process to success by delivering the required output
• Develop long-term strategies for data analysis and reporting to support decision-making processes.
• Utilise SQL, Excel, and other data tools to gather, analyze, and interpret data for program insights.
• Leverage AI to make the process efficient, and eventually make it fully automated and productize it to bring it on the platform.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (especially technology teams) to align program goals with business objectives.
• Develop and maintain detailed program plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management.
• Communicate program status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior management.
• Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure program success.
• Continuously monitor program performance and implement improvements as needed.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Program Manager or similar role.
• Strong data analysis skills and proficiency with SQL, Excel, and other analytical tools.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Customer service-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
