We are a leading cold outreach agency specializing in multi-channel marketing strategies for our clients. We focus on driving engagement and conversions through innovative and data-driven cold outreach campaigns. We are looking for a talented Digital Strategist to join our team and help our clients achieve their marketing objectives through targeted campaigns on Email, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp.
Role Overview:
As a Digital Strategist, you will be responsible for creating, implementing, and optimizing cold outreach and paid strategies across multiple platforms, including Email, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp. You will collaborate closely with our data and copy teams to deliver high-quality, impactful campaigns. You will also be expected to develop weekly and monthly plans for both clients and internal teams, ensuring all strategies align with client goals and industry best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute digital strategies for cold outreach and paid campaigns across Email, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp.
- Create weekly and monthly campaign plans tailored to clients' needs and objectives.
- Collaborate with data and copy teams to produce high-quality, engaging content that resonates with target audiences.
- Utilize a deep understanding of Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), Account-Based Marketing (ABM), Partner/Affiliate marketing, and Paid Ads funnel to develop effective outreach strategies.
- Conduct market research to stay up-to-date with industry trends, new products, and innovations; integrate these insights into campaign strategies.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance data, providing actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are of the highest quality.
- Provide clear and effective communication with clients and internal teams regarding campaign progress, strategy, and performance.
- Continuously test, learn, and iterate strategies to enhance campaign effectiveness and efficiency.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on email marketing and cold outreach strategies.
- Strong understanding of ICP, ABM, Partner/Affiliate marketing, and Paid Ads funnel principles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Solid experience with copywriting and content creation, with an understanding of effective messaging for cold outreach.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies is a plus.
- Curiosity and enthusiasm for learning new trends, tools, and technologies in digital marketing.
- Previous experience in a cold outreach agency or a similar environment is preferred.

- Experience with cold outreach campaigns.
- Project management experience and familiarity with project management tools.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Knowledge of current digital marketing trends and the ability to implement them in outreach strategies.
