Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager who will be at the forefront of expanding our customer base and ensuring clients seamlessly integrate and thrive on our platform. In this role, you will connect with key retail players, build lasting relationships and guide them on their journey to success with ModenX.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify & Engage: potential retail customers, communicating the value of ModenX in person and over the phone
- Onboard & Educate: new clients, ensuring they maximize the platform's features to boost their retail success.
- Collaborate & Innovate: by gathering client feedback and working with our development team to continuously improve the platform.
- Support & Guide: clients alongside our support team to ensure they receive timely, effective assistance.
- Stay Ahead of Trends: by understanding the retail landscape, analytics and personalized experiences, using this knowledge to tailor your sales approach.
- Build Strong Relationships: with retail brands, stores, and malls, ensuring their long-term success with ModenX.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (BBA or MBA) in Sales, Marketing, or experience in related field.
- 5+ years of experience in software platform sales, preferably within the retail industry.
- Proven experience working with retail stores, brands, and malls, with a strong understanding of the retail landscape.
- Exposure to customer-centric analytics and experience personalization is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex solutions clearly and persuasively.
- Strong organizational skills with a focus on customer success and continuous improvement.
