Procurement Specialist

Job Summary: The Procurement will be responsible for managing the procurement of goods and services essential for our co-working spaces. This role involves sourcing suppliers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality products that meet the needs of our clients and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Supplier Management: Identify, evaluate, and manage relationships with suppliers and vendors. Ensure that they meet quality standards and deliver on time.

Procurement Process: Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with company goals. Oversee the purchasing process from requisition to delivery.

Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and pricing with suppliers to ensure the best value for the company while maintaining quality standards.

Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely reordering of supplies and equipment. Conduct regular audits to optimize stock levels.

Budget Management: Assist in the development of procurement budgets and track expenses to ensure adherence to financial goals.

Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as operations and facilities management, to understand their procurement needs and ensure seamless service delivery.

Compliance: Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and regulations. Maintain accurate records of purchases, contracts, and supplier information.

Qualifications:

Mandatory- Bachelor’s engineering degree in Purchase Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

Added advantage- 1+ year of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management, preferably in a co-working or managed workspace environment.

Strong negotiation and communication skills.

Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
