About the Role:

As a Senior Social Media & Community Manager, you’ll be the voice of Dashlane with our robust global user community. This role will wear multiple hats: lead day-to-day community management across platforms, in close collaboration with our customer success team, and drive social strategy as part of the broader Global Corporate Communications and Marketing team.

With Dashlane’s mission to provide complete credential security to businesses worldwide, you’ll be largely focused on growing brand awareness and engagement with IT and security admins, while also being an ally to our loyal user base. Dashlane protects both businesses and consumers, so you’ll need experience talking to a technical crowd and simplifying complex topics.

Location:

You will be based in our NYC office in a hybrid capacity with 3 days in our office.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead day-to-day community management, including customer troubleshooting and issue handling (particularly on Reddit), in close partnership with our customer success team and other subject matter experts
  • Lead organic social across platforms, growing our community with a particular focus on IT and security admins
  • Determine social strategies for product launches, brand campaigns, events, reports and other integrated marketing moments
  • Set the social editorial calendar in alignment with across platforms consisting of Communications, Product, Engineering, Content and other key partners.
  • Partner with Product and Engineering to communicate software releases, and other technical updates and launches to the community.
  • Host live platform discussions such as Reddit AMA, LinkedIn Live, etc.
  • Lead social metrics tracking and reporting to Dashlane leadership
  • Work closely with paid social media team as part of overall marketing strategy
  • Advise Dashlane leadership on overall social best practices and content

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in a community management and social media role at a B2B tech or SaaS company

We’re also looking for:

  • Proven track record of building brand awareness and engagement with key communities, and executing on strategy
  • A fast learner with a hunger to learn a new business and product
  • Self-starter that will take ownership of the social program and proactively drive its success
  • Excellent writing skills with keen attention to detail
  • Experience in social strategy and planning
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and analytics tools
  • An ability to adapt to change quickly, operating with minimal process and structure
  • An understanding of how social media fits into a company’s overall marketing strategy
  • Basic knowledge of visual design
  • Experience in security is a plus

Salary Range: $130,000 - $152,000 in base salary

*Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of total compensation package that also includes benefits, and other opportunities at Dashlane. *

*Individual pay decisions are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, and balancing internal equity relative to other Dashlaners. We expect the majority of the candidates who are offered roles at Dashlane to fall healthily throughout the range based on these factors. *
