Organizational Development Specialist

Job Description:
We are looking for a highly skilled Organizational Development Specialist to join our team for a project with Agency. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in analyzing and restructuring organizations, with a particular focus on the public sector. This role involves conducting a thorough examination of agency’s organizational structure, roles, and workflows, and developing recommendations for improvement.

Responsibilities:

Analyze the current organizational structure, roles, and responsibilities within agency.
Identify opportunities for improving efficiency and effectiveness in service delivery.
Develop recommendations for restructuring and realignment.
Collaborate with other specialists to ensure recommendations align with agency’s core values.
Prepare detailed reports and presentations for agency leadership.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, or related field.
Minimum 8 years of experience in organizational development, preferably within the public sector.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess complex organizational structures.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Experience with public sector organizations is highly desirable.
