Job Intro
We are looking for a talented professional with 4+ years of tech sales, or technical account management experience and a bachelor's degree or higher to join IPVM. This position will report to the Director of Product. As our team is growing, you will have the opportunity to make a direct impact immediately and a chance to work with experienced professionals that come from diverse backgrounds.
Ideal Candidate
This individual will be assertive and proactive in guiding customers to IPVM products, specifically IPVM’s AI agents. You must thrive working in remote environments with minimal oversight, and be comfortable working with some ambiguity to ensure decisions are made that are in the best interest for customers and IPVM.
Experience working with the physical security industry is NOT required. Candidates with experience selling B2B recurring revenue SaaS products is a plus. Candidates working on go-to-market teams at venture-backed startups and/or big tech companies is a plus.

Role Responsibilities
-Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
-Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships at the C-suite level.
-Understand customer needs, present appropriate solutions, and negotiate contract terms.
-Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer success, to ensure client satisfaction.
-Manage a full sales cycle, from prospecting through closing, with a focus on exceeding revenue targets.

Compensation and Benefits
This role will have an OTE (On-target earnings) of $100k - $120k, with a base salary of $30k-60k.
In INR, this is ₹24 lakhs - ₹49 lakhs base salary, with an OTE of ₹80 lakhs - ₹99 lakhs.
