Position Overview:
The Operations Associate - Last Mile is a critical role focused on ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of products to our customers. This position involves managing the last stage of the delivery process, coordinating with delivery partners, and optimizing routes to enhance customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:

• Delivery Management: Oversee and coordinate the last-mile delivery process to ensure timely and accurate deliveries to customers.
• Partner Coordination: Work closely with delivery agents and third-party logistics providers to streamline operations and improve service efficiency.
• Tracking and Reporting: Monitor delivery status using tracking systems, report any issues or delays, and implement solutions to address them.
• Customer Support: Address customer inquiries and complaints related to deliveries, ensuring a positive experience and quick resolution of issues.
• Route Optimization: Analyze delivery routes and processes to identify efficiencies and reduce delivery times while minimizing costs.
• Data Analysis: Utilize performance data to track metrics, identify trends, and propose improvements to enhance operational effectiveness.
• Inventory Management: Ensure accurate inventory management during the last-mile process, including packing and dispatching the right products.

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience in logistics, operations, or supply chain management.
