As a Partner Liaison & Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing external partnerships and ensuring seamless project execution with startups and clients across India and globally. With every new consulting engagement, your coordination will directly influence the success of growth-stage businesses.
You will be trained in 30+ customized frameworks to lead an agile research process.
On a daily basis, you can expect to:
- Serve as the primary point of contact (POC) for external partners, managing smooth communication and coordination.
- Track incoming projects and assign consultants to startups, ensuring they receive timely and effective support.
- Oversee and optimize calendar management for the consulting team, coordinating project timelines and resource allocation.
- Ensure all client deliverables are met on time and maintain high-quality standards.
- Work closely with internal teams to align project goals, timelines, and expectations.
- Utilize project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello) to enhance operational efficiency and task management and MIS for automations.
- Provide regular updates to senior management on partner relationships, project progress, and any risks or challenges.

You should have:
- 1-5 years of experience in operations, project coordination, or client management roles, ideally in a startup or consultancy environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with external partners and internal teams.
- Experience with calendar and project management tools to optimize scheduling and task allocation.
- A Bachelors Degree from a reputable Tier 1 institution and are seeking growth in a startup environment.
