Clinical Operations Manager

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations, implement protocols, and ensure high-quality patient care.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and SOPs, manage clinical documentation, and coordinate inspections.
• Collaborate with physicians to improve patient care processes and clinical outcomes.
• Lead the clinical management team, develop staff training programs, and optimize scheduling.
• Manage recruitment, training, and performance of clinical staff.
• Initiate new medical programs and manage in-clinic pharmacy services.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's in Business or related healthcare field (Master’s preferred).
• 5+ years of clinical operations management, preferably in fertility or hospital settings.
• Strong leadership, compliance, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-starter with entrepreneurial energy and attention to detail.
