Thinking Spree is a new-age, startup-focused, strategy consulting company. We have created a disruptive process, T-Sprints, that reduces 1000 hours of traditional consulting work to 40 hours of T-Sprints and can match the agility of startups. T-Sprints are 2 hour live strategy brainstorming between founders / core team with our Thinkers to unlock problems and develop the most actionable path to growth.

Over the last 11 months we have worked with 300+ startups, alongside the top startup accelerators programs in India (ISB, Wadhwani, Ashoka), and have helped them achieve faster growth, lower rates of burn, and unlock barriers in the journey to scale.

Thinking Spree is founded by two innovation consultants Vani Agarwal and Sakshi Agrawal. At present we are an 8 team members company. Our work is 100% remote, 5 days a week and spans across research as well as T-Sprints. We are now looking to welcome 4 new team members to lay the foundation for the Strategy Research team.
