About the job

Role Overview: As a Business Development Executive, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving growth by identifying and nurturing potential clients through effective strategies. You’ll collaborate closely with our sales, marketing, and product teams to expand our customer base and increase revenue.

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead Generation:
    Proactively identify and qualify leads through telecalling, cold calling, and targeted outreach.
    Research and understand potential clients’ pain points, needs, and business challenges.

  2. Relationship building:
    Conduct outbound calls to prospects, introducing them to Advensure.
    Build strong relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their requirements and tailoring our offerings accordingly.
    Effectively communicate the value proposition of our product.

  3. Pipeline management:
    Maintain a robust pipeline of leads and opportunities.
    Track interactions, follow-ups, and progress in our CRM system.

  4. Targets and Metrics:
    Achieve monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation, conversion, and revenue.
    Monitor KPIs related to sales effectiveness.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in telecalling, lead generation, or business development.
Familiarity with SaaS products and technology.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Persistence, resilience, and a positive attitude.
