Job Description:
We are seeking motivated Sales Executives who are passionate about technology and sales. The ideal candidates will have a proven track record in B2B sales within the SaaS industry, particularly in startups. You will be responsible for driving sales, building relationships, and contributing to the overall growth of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Identify and qualify leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align strategies and improve lead generation.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM.
  • Provide feedback on market trends and customer needs to help shape product development.
  • Participate in industry events and networking opportunities to promote the company.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in a SaaS environment.
  • Proven experience in a funded startup, with a strong understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
  • A proactive mindset and a passion for technology and innovation.
